DOES SHINEON REFUND?
Shineon will refund your payment and courier costs when there is a fault with a garment that was not mentioned in listing. Please feel free to approach us via email if you are ever unhappy. We will do our very best to sort out for you. Shineon will exchange if a garment is simply not what you expected it to be for a credit on the site.. So you never lose out! HOW SOON DO I CONTACT SHINEON IF I DONT LIKE MY ITEM? STRAIGHT AWAY. THIS IS REALLY IMPT. We need to know within 3 days if you want to return garment and then have garment returned to us within 7. DOES SHINEON SEND TO AUSTRALIA? Yes we do! Please contact us if you have any queries. ARE THE ITEMS I BUY FROM SHINEON PRELOVED OR NEW?? Shineon offers the best of both worlds! If we are selling a preloved item we will say so in garment write up. If you are only interested in new items please look for the "NEW" icon. Shineon loves vintage and preloved garments as we believe it adds a bit of originality to ones wardrobe. We are very particular about the condition of our garments and will thoroughly describe conditon of each preloved garment we sell so you can have confidence in buying from us.
