WE USE COURIERPOST
We have found Courierpost to be extremely reliable over the last few years and all of our parcels are shipped through them. When order has been dispatched your track number will be emailed through to you and your parcel will be trackable on www.courierpost.co.nz or click on icon below.

Standard orders are processed when credit card authorization and/or bank deposit has cleared. Orders shipped via courier post typically arrive in one (1) to three(3) business days (Monday through Friday, not including weekends & holidays) within NZ. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders that are placed Monday-Thursday will be processed that day, not including holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification.

All orders placed on Friday after 1:00 p.m. will be processed on the following Monday.

We charge a flat rate of $6 within New Zealand for tracked courier.

If you have a special event and require super speedy delivery.. or if perhaps you wish to send an item to someone special as a gift. Please feel free to contact us to arrange this. Overnight delivery must be confirmed prior to you making order to ensure that we are able to organise for you.

To all our friends in Oz, Shineon will happily ship across the Tazzie. Once dispatched your order may take 4-7 working days to arrive.

If you live outside of NZ & Australia we can still ship our goodies to you. Deliveries via 'Standard International Air Post' can take between 5-12 working days to arrive depending on the weight & size of the items you have purchased.
