Terms of TradeIf you are disappointed in style, sizing, fabric .. the way your bum looks in something! anything! we welcome you sending the item back in return for a shop credit on SHINEON.
Credit is valid for 12 months after date approved and you will be able to use it to purchase something else that you love. You will be given a credit activation number when your item has been recieved.
REFUNDS If you recieve an item and find that there are faults with it.. or if it doesnt match our description we will refund you in full, including postage to return the item to us. RETURN TIMEFRAME & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the fact that many of SHINEONS gorgeous garments are preloved we must have a timeframe on returns. We will expect item to be returned within 7 days to be eligible for exchange or refund. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding this.
WHO PAYS POSTAGE ON FAULTY OR INCORRECTLY DESCRIBED ITEMS? When we have advertised something incorrectly or an item is faulty we are more than happy to refund both your initial courier charge and the charge incurred with returning to us. WHO PAYS POSTAGE ON EXCHANGES? If you are simply returning as you are not 100% happy with the fit or the item you have recieved. You fund the postage back to us. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN? Simply contact shineon via email or call us on (09) 8271932 and we will provide you with a return invoice number. As soon as your item is recieved we will organise a refund into your account or onto your credit card. PLEASE NOTE we highly recommending using courier or tracked post.
